ISF MINDSET, MOTIVATION & MOVEMENT REBOOT!

Ladies, how many times have you said you are going to become more active and make your wellness a priority, yet after a few days you "lose steam"?  Lifestyle changes require a multi-directional approach that has to be tailored to each person's goals and family/living dynamics.

The ISF Mindset, Motivation & Movement Reboot program is a hybrid  personal training with a community feel to set you up for real success.

This program includes:-

  • An intake assessment with an individualized program broken into daily and weekly targets, making it easier to be successful

  • Weekly solution-focused "One-On-One" check-ins with me (a Certified Personal Trainer) for added accountability and support

  • Proper exercise form review and variation educations to improve exercise confidence

  • Suggested workouts for each week (beginners focused, no additional equipment required)

  • Access to a private group (optional but allows daily interaction and greater accountability)

 

If you are looking to make your overall wellness a priority in a fun, supportive, psychologically safe space - this program is for you.

 

*If you are looking for a quick fix, weight-loss challenge; and not looking to do the work to make a sustainable change - this program ISN'T for you.

The next cycle is from September 1st to 29th with a maximum of 10 participants. The total cost is $220 including live and on-demand workouts and 4 one-on-one personal training sessions.
