The ISF Mindset, Motivation & Movement Reboot program is a hybrid personal training with a community feel to set you up for real success.
This program includes:-
An intake assessment with an individualized program broken into daily and weekly targets, making it easier to be successful
Weekly solution-focused "One-On-One" check-ins with me (a Certified Personal Trainer) for added accountability and support
Proper exercise form review and variation educations to improve exercise confidence
Suggested workouts for each week (beginners focused, no additional equipment required)
Access to a private group (optional but allows daily interaction and greater accountability)
If you are looking to make your overall wellness a priority in a fun, supportive, psychologically safe space - this program is for you.
*If you are looking for a quick fix, weight-loss challenge; and not looking to do the work to make a sustainable change - this program ISN'T for you.
The next cycle is from September 1st to 29th with a maximum of 10 participants. The total cost is $220 including live and on-demand workouts and 4 one-on-one personal training sessions.
