Hi, I am Coach Sue :-)

 

By combining my love for fitness with my cultural roots, I created ISLAND SWEAT FITNESS (ISF), a virtual Caribbean Fitness Gym where everyone can move, elevate their mood, and refresh their minds. Built on the principle that "Positive Movements" will always create "Positive Emotions", you can say ISF is a "feel good" gym as our mental well-being drives all aspects of our life.

 

Through joyful movements, we can learn to love ourselves AS WE ARE and discover empowerment through self-compassion. The impact is we shift from simply surviving life’s hurdles to finding our resilience and THRIVING OUT OF SELF LOVE through movements that create joy from within.

Together, let us make that active decision to find HAPPINESS WITHIN and I will help you along your fitness and wellness journey. Whether you are new to fitness, returning to fitness or looking to add some variety to your routine, ISLAND SWEAT FITNESS has something for you. With LIVE via ZOOM or ON-DEMAND class options, I have something to fit with your busy schedule.

Caribbean Culture infused with traditional fitness workouts to create joyful and approachable workouts for any fitness level.  Imagine Soca,  Dancehall, Reggae and Rocksteady being the soundtrack to all your workouts.  Is it a workout or a party or a mini-vacation?

ISF MINDSET, MOTIVATION & MOVEMENT REBOOT!

Ladies , are you returning to regular fitness or struggling with consistency and you have been inactive for an extended period of time. This is 4-week program will help you develop a solid foundation for incorporating fitness and self-care as part of your lifestyle. A SUCCESSFUL lifestyle change requires a shift in Mindset, Motivation, and Movement.  Unlike other programs, this is designed for beginners only and incorporates an approach that goes beyond the "gym" !  

The next cycle begins September 1st, 2021 and I am only taking 10 participants to ensure each person gets my full support.
