We are hard on ourselves and fixate on things we cannot control which leads us down a path of self-sabotage and justification for neglecting ourselves to meet unrealistic expectations. If things do not change, we will continue to see a rise in health issues (especially mental health disorders) and a struggle in maintaining healthy relationships.
Hi, I am Coach Sue and I want to help to break this cycle with ISLAND SWEAT FITNESS as a platform to drive change. Through joyful movements, we can learn to love ourselves AS WE ARE and discover empowerment through self-compassion. The impact is we shift from simply surviving life’s hurdles to finding our resilience and THRIVING OUT OF SELF LOVE through movements that create joy from within.

By combining my love for fitness with my cultural roots, I created ISLAND SWEAT FITNESS , a virtual Caribbean Fitness Gym where everyone can move, elevate their mood, and refresh their minds. Built on the principle that "Positive Movements" will always create "Positive Emotions", you can say we are a "feel good" gym as our mental well-being drives all aspects of our life. We move as a celebration of life without the pressure of the number on the scale.
It is time to make our workouts fun again; I promise is to leave you smiling at the end of each workout. Whether it is LIVE via ZOOM or ON-DEMAND when it suits your schedule, it is also time to move, groove, and return to self-love with ISLAND SWEAT FITNESS.
